I'm so happy to share my official gingerbread sleigh recipe with you! The alzas and I worked hard coming up with the perfect combination of ingredients. We hope you love it as much as we do.

- 3 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp baking power
|
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and baking powder and set aside.

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 4 tsp pumpkin spice
- 1/2 tsp ground cloves

3/4 tsp salt (omit if using salted butter)

- In an electric mixing bowl, cream the butter until fluffy.
- Mix in ginger, pumpkin pie spices, cloves, and salt.

- Mix in egg, molasses, and Kringle Kritter Family Farm Honey.
- Add flour mixture and mix until fully combined.

- Divide dough in half and wrap each piece in plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Sprinkle powdered sugar onto a surface and roll out dough to 1/4 inch thick. Cut out Jammie Claus's Gingerbread Sleigh. Place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake sleigh for 12-14 minutes.
