I'm so happy to share my official gingerbread sleigh recipe with you! The alzas and I worked hard coming up with the perfect combination of ingredients. We hope you love it as much as we do.

  • 3 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp baking power
  1. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and baking powder and set aside.
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 4 tsp pumpkin spice
  • 1/2 tsp ground cloves
  • 3/4 tsp salt (omit if using salted butter)
  1. In an electric mixing bowl, cream the butter until fluffy.
  2. Mix in ginger, pumpkin pie spices, cloves, and salt.
  1. Mix in egg, molasses, and Kringle Kritter Family Farm Honey.
  2. Add flour mixture and mix until fully combined.
  1. Divide dough in half and wrap each piece in plastic wrap.
  2. Refrigerate for 1 hour.

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Sprinkle powdered sugar onto a surface and roll out dough to 1/4 inch thick. Cut out Jammie Claus's Gingerbread Sleigh. Place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Bake sleigh for 12-14 minutes.
